To create this restaurant quality vegan recipe in your own kitchen all you need is:

2 heads of Cauliflower
1 cup of hot sauce or buffalo wing sauce
1cup of white rice flower
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 cup of water

You start creating this easy vegan recipe by pre-heating your over to 450 degrees.

Then mix your water, white rice flower, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.

Then cut your cauliflower into the size pieces you want your vegan buffalo wings to be.

Throughly coat each piece in the batter you made above and place on baking sheet.

Place in over for around 20 minutes, or until brown on the top.

Pull out of oven and lightly dip in buffalo wing sauce.

Place back in over for around 5 minutes to crisp.
